One of Max Development’s latest projects can be viewed at Calea Dumbrăvii No. 40. This building completes the appearance of the urban boulevard with its modern design and distinctive architectural elements. The subtle interplay of volumes and modern lines lend harmony to the building, while the “glass boxes” built into the façade adorn the architectural vision and thus constitute the trademark of the ensemble. The building has a total area of 1,680m² (4 floors) with mixed operation (12 apartments / offices, 2 penthouses and a restaurant). The underground car park has 24 parking spaces, so that the garden with walnut tree can be used for recreational purposes or as a terrace.
